7 fall accessories you never knew you needed.

i can hardly believe it, but today marks the 200TH blog post on Tulip Louise!!  thank you to each and every one of you for making it such a fun ride-- your comments and emails have meant the world.  to celebrate, i think we should do a little virtual shopping together. . .

1.  L.A. based designer, clare vivier, stole {pause} my {pause} heart when i first laid eyes on her versatile document-style clutches.  they're literally offered in every color of the rainbow {and then some}, so check them out here.

2.  i grabbed the kate spade 'all wrapped up' bow ring in vegas last month and have already gotten so many miles out of it!  it's cutesy and quirky, all wrapped into one.

3.  to put it simply, this lipstick rocks my world.  while i love a red lip, a bright pink pout for fall is a welcome alternative.  NARS pure matte lipstick in 'carthage' is ultra pigmented, stays on f-o-r-e-v-e-r, is non-drying, and doesn't smudge.  i don't even have to wear a liner with it.  hallelujah.

4.  i want glasses; big, bold, clunky, nerd glasses.  this pair á la tom ford is calling my name.

5.  if you're a tulip louise follower, you already know i'm crushing hard on some bow ties this season {case in point}.  mine are vintage lovelies, but you can pick up this hot pink cutie here!

6.  chanel nail polish in 'graphite' has been super inspirational for fall.  unfortunately, at $25 a bottle that is where i'll have to file it. . . as inspiration.  lucky for us, there's a similar shade made by revlon called 'carbonite.'  it goes without saying that nothing compares to chanel, but 'carbonite' is a great substitute if you would rather just spend $5.

7.  obsessed.  i'm totally obsessed with these hair ties.  founded by two L.A. teens, emi-jay is a stylish alternative to dull hair ties!  they are hand-dyed and handmade in the USA, cute worn as bracelets, and a portion of all proceeds go to charity.

phew, happy shopping!  :)

yours truly-
