the first official day of NYFW {which was bright and early} started with BCBG Max Azria at Lincoln Center. lubov azria and her husband sent down a very muted palette of white, talc, black, and cream. . . with a small touch of coral. 75% of the looks were overlaid with leather harnesses in either black or white, which dramatically sexed up the flowy chiffon and lace numbers. you can see what my "fresh pick" is below, but what is yours? i wanna know-- would you wear this collection?
oh! and here is what i wore day one...
Robinson double zip tote, Tory Burch // Mykita sunnies, via Mertins // Ruby Woo lipcolor, via MAC // T-Shirt, Gap // Sequin skirt, Artelier by Nicole Miller via Lola {as seen here} // Vintage bracelet, via Mae's {as seen here} // Photo by Adam Katz Sinding
. . . this look was actually featured on NY Mag The Cut, as well as The Tory Burch blog who coined me "the poster girl for rock-and-roll elegance" {Pinch. Me. I'm. DREAMING!}
