five mini tips to consider for NYFW dressing {that i have learned the hard way}:

1- weather.  the shows {especially backstage} get super cramped, so layer if need be.

2- footwear.  there's a ton of walking involved, so always pack a spare set of shoes in your handbag.

3- simplicity.  you don't want to be pulling on a hem or fidgeting, while trying to work. 

4- handbag.  must be big enough to stow the necessities {snacks + flats + paperwork + camera}
5- nails.  go gel, or go home.
