if you're a regular around the tulip louise blog, you may recall this recent post featuring my newest color combo i'm in love with {cliff notes: neutral + red}.  well, i decided to take the moodboard and put my money where my mouth {wardrobe?} is and build an outfit from it!  what do you think?
