chartreuse daydream.

is this color not just everything?  love chartreuse, but rarely seem to wear it.  i snagged this number for a formal dinner party recently, and styled it much differently than featured here {visualize black tights + footwear, understated jewelry, an evening clutch, and {um} no knit beanie}.  when splurging on quality garments, it's so important to try and mix up the styling to get additional miles out of the piece.

wanna know the secret behind these cute knit hats i can't seem to get enough of these days?  $3.99 in the men's section at target!  yea, that's right.  i purchased in wine, ivy, and red {click here to buy your very own}.  feel like dressing it up a bit?  {me too}  put a bird brooch on it.

what i'm wearing::  queen of wands dress in chartreuse, via nanette lepore  {purchase here} // men's knit beanie in wine, via target {purchase here} // vintage rhinestone brooch, via mae's // black leather clutch, ℅ ann taylor // pearl sunglasses, DIY {coming soon} // vintage rhinestone bracelets, via mae's // ruby cuff, via dahlia lynn // turquoise bracelet, family heirloom // tiny rings, via catbird nyc // lipstick, 'violet frenzy' via revlon // base nail color, 'wrapped in rubies' via essie {purchase here} // glitter nail color, 'big money' via sally hansen {purchase here} // photos by keely yount
